Glock for sure.....but some revolvers are nice too. I had a .38 I loved.

I know, you were expecting this answer, i love the 1911. first choice if i could have only 1. i have in recent years grown to love the glock, too. I used to hate the idea of a polymer framed handgun, but i have sinced accepted them as beautiful in their own way. i really like the 23, something about that .40 s&w that just feels right when ya let one go. anyways, there's my answer. :)

Not that I'm into guns that much, but...
My first love was my .357 S&W Model 66 revolver, but it was too slow for re-loading, even with speed loaders. Now it's definitely my .45 Colt Commander. Drawing from the holster, I can put three rounds into the kill zone, change magazines and fire another three rounds in under 4 secs...
I had a little trouble with pulling back the slide at first cuz I'm not that strong, but with a lighter spring, some polishing on the rails and a few other tricks done by my FAV gunsmith, it's no problem for me now :)

Good choice. Glocks are practical. I own a .45 Para-Ordinence, a nickle plated show gun which put me back $700. I wish now I had bought the $400 Glock.

I have a 232 Sig it has no recoil it's like shooting a revolver. The glock can knock a target down, but it's ruff on my wrisk. BUT YOU GOT TO LOVE A BABY GLOCK! LOL

I'm a fake glock BB pistol guy myself. Don't worry, they can be easily mistaken for real glocks by the police, who will open fire (as happened in Chicago). Let's get violent!

For shooting at the range I love my 1911 .45 but if the zombie invasion happened and I could only have one handgun it would be my Springfield 9mm because
-high capacity magazine
-9mm is very common and would be easier to find in a post-apocalyptic world
