yes they can. It's called Juvenile Hall and in some cases when the child/teen has committed a crime they can be charged as an adult...but that is like for murder. but for lower crimes if the judge see's fit, it's Juvenile Hall, just like jail..they put you in a cell and you are treated just like a criminal...only this is for children and teens for ever how long the judge see's fit. If this is your first offense you may get community service where you have to work for the community like picking up trash on the highways like you see those people in the green pants.....but you are able to go home every day...and if you need more info on what juvenile hall is like check out the link below, although it is for Florida but ever town and state have one...this link gives you the run down on what happens when you arrive...if you are from another state try search under "add your state here" Juvenile Hall

Yes, you can get arrested for arson, and if you are in with another person who did it. Just don't do arson, and if you know some one who does arson, just report them. If you are thinking to do arson, please don't think it or do it. You will be safe, and won't be arrested and put into jail. Find a place there other kids your age go to have good fun, and stay out of trouble. Church is one place, and there is a Community place for 15 yrs and up.

Yes she can, arson is a felony....In most states you can even be charged for risking danger to the firefighters and other personel who respond to the fire/call...It's early and at this time I can't think exactly what they call it, but I've seen it done..

I would get the good lawyer and fight this so this youngster doesn't have her whole life messed up.
But I would definitly crack some whip on this wild child.
They want to make sure that this does not happen again and so should you.

Good Luck

sure, if the cops have proof and the District Atty wants to persue it. Get a great lawyer! and at age 15 they might just want to try you as an adult depending on how much of a 'hard ***' the D.A. is...
