Is your friend based in Singapore? there are many pple selling clothes under Yahoo Auctions. He can try that too and put a link to a website to showcase the design, else he can set up carts to sell them in places like Tampines or Toa Payoh where there are huge crowds

why not import to Singapore.....loads of shopaholic ladies in Singapore. They'll buy even a rag from you as long as you put a 'IMPORTED' label on the ladies tops. Contact me if you want to unload them in Singapore.
