For me it's "The Golden Girls." It doesn't remind me of "work", social status, or Hollywood's (America's?) obsession about thinnes, money, glamour, youth, or aging ^_* That's why I find it most comforting at the end of the day.

What about yours?

It's all about "The Golden Girls." It's intelligent comedy that is not limited to a certain generation. The four ladies share a great deal of themselves with each other and with viewers. Their sense of humor is fantastic, and at the end of the day, they are still thankful for being friends.

What more could you ask for?

I love the Golden Girls and Happy Days too! I love you Jim 1! The thing is I end up laughing so much, I'm not sure if it's all that relaxing!

I love the Golden Girls but I would have to say either Friends or Everybody Loves Raymond.
Friends is just pure entertainment. They deal with normal life situations but the characters are awesome and they put their own spin on things.
Everybody Loves Raymond also deals with life situations but whose family really acts like that in everyday life?
They are both quality shows!

Alf & full house cause even though ALf tore something up or got Willie into trouble every episode the Tanner's still loved him & kept him safe. On full house I liked how they are a family the way we all should be with lots of love & laughs.

Happy Days. Everybody got along and the ones who didn't, were able to sit down and talk things over. It also takes you back to a time when things were simpler or so it seems. And it always ended making you laugh.

I would say it's probably Home Improvement. I just liked the relationship between Tim and his wife. I thought it pretty much hit the nail on the head about marriage, 'tho in an exaggerated way.

Nice call on Happy Days. That being said, I have always found Cheers relaxing to watch.
