I'd hate to count my books or my cd's so I don't really know. Just too many I have alot of both!

You left out VHS tapes. We have about 800.
DVD's, about 300
Music CD's....I can't even imagine ! My husband was a professional drummer for about 30 years, so we have a little bit of everything. A stab in the dark would be at least 500 ( and that's probably underestimating it )
Books. OMG !!!! Just hundreds !!!!!!
