since I am a business person, one thing that always keeps up with people is food business, it could be something unique or something traditional, it may also be something that goes more affordable and easy to grab or a bit pricey but people will really crave for, refreshments, coffee or even ice cream are some practical and less work store you can have.
where are you from hunnie? If you are from a dollar earning place, establish a one dollar store where you can buy alot of stuffs in a dollar, general merchandise and everything useful but for a cost of a dollar like frames, keychains, hobby stuffs, small toys, garments, house stuffs and the likes. If you are from Philippines, ten peso or 100 peso store really kicks off.

I think that in order to make your project to stand out you need to have an original idea. In recent years the new fad and money maker has been the internet. There is basically no initial start up for that so it would be easier for the business plan. Here is an idea that my sister and i have dicussed. She is an infornation systems major and I am law, so we have dicussed the idea of offering an oline business that provides legal interns(current law students) and paralegals to help assist overwhelmed lawyers, especially the small firm or single practice lawyer that does not have the resources to hire a full time paralegal. The research could be conducted online and sent eletronically, or a business office could be set up larger cities and the "temp" paralegals could be sent to the office for the needed amount of time.
Its an easy start up, just a few computers, rent a small office space (or work from home if you choose), and for payment take a percentage of the wages earned, or you could have the paralegals working as partners and have a set fee and share the profits.
If you wanted to take it further than that you could go outside of the law field and start a company of "temp" professional workers. Such as medical transcribers, grant writers, inventory specialists, tax professionals, people that are needed in crunch time (since they are needed during the crunch times this gives you the opportunity to charge a higher rate and this also relieves some companies from keeping these people on pay roll when they are truely not needed all year round).

I had this great one last year in my Intro to Business class. I made up a meals-on-wheels business.
Considering how many previously stay-at-home moms are now being employeed or going back to school for further education availble time at home cooking is decreasing in several hundred thousand homes across the nation, if not over a million. It's probably one of the fastest growing industries out there with many people very interested in them.
These meals-on-wheels places basically make meals that you simply heat up in the oven before serving to the rest of the family. The courses vary by day and can include several different selections. Many places also have something like a menu for that day where they call in what they want out of 3 or 4 availbe choices and decide what they want from there for dinner but some places also serve breakfast although it's very uncommon to find a place that serves it considering schools and offices may have things out for students, employees and people of the sort.
But it's a quickly growing industry that will definitely be different. I was going to go with a batting cage place at first until I saw a special on meals-on-wheels places on a program so I decided I would use the fact that it's a booming market to my advantage and run with it and I got top grades on it.

Just make sure you pick somethign that you are REALLY interested in or want to at least learn about and/or know something about.
I had to do this project in my first business class in a group of 4, my idiotic group members picked out a completely ridiculous idea that I agreed to (thinking I had their help) even though I knew and cared nothing about the type of business, then they bailed on even doing the project, and I was stuck with the project from hell.

I stumbled across a company while in Chicago that I thought was quite unique. It's called peapod.com and they deliver groceries that people order online. It's a 24/7 company open 24/7 and deliver the next day. I thought this was a great idea...

How about a place where new inventors or designers could work on their items and have new architects,mechanical/mechanics,electrical, and builders etc all in one place to accomplish the tasks. Also new lawyers and legal aids to do the paperwork, advertising and business maj to do all of the business end. The ppl would get to finish their ideas and everyone would have EXPERIENCE once they left this one or two yr apprenticeship business!!!The projects would be a joint effort and give everyone a chance to accomplish their dreams while getting value able experience. Now why didn't I think of that myself earlier?Best wishes!

Do something to get your concepts off of it. call a pal. The more desirable you withstand calling him the less complicated it really is the subsequent time. It basically takes time. And when you're having issues, attempt IMing or calling somebody else. i hit upon women persons oftentimes like the "undesirable boys" because their motherly instincts want to help/fix him. someone can basically be fastened in the journey that they need to so the very actuality you describe him as a creep skill he isn't any sturdy for you. And in case you fairly want, be at liberty to IM me of someone new and that continuously enables get your concepts diverted till the subsequent time it occurs. the secret's basically doing something which will save your concepts off it. I used to bypass for a lengthy run after I had the urge to call ex's
