Ok in this situation there really is only a few options why she isn't talking to you. First it could be because she isn't interested anymore and is afraid that you will be upset if she tells you. Second, it could be because she is trying to make you jealous so that you approach her again. Third, it could be because she just is upset because you haven't asked her out again or what not. Well she could still like you, and may not want to feel stupid because she hasn't talked to you in awhile. i hope this helps.

If she won't talk to you, I would think that is a good indication that she is not interested anymore.
