No. AIDS, like sperm, cannot live outside the body, and is only transmitted through bodily fluids like semen and blood. You can't even get it from kissing someone with AIDS unless you and the person you kiss both have a cut on your mouth and you exchange blood in the process.

I trhink no because AIDS transmit to a certain host through sexual intercourse,blood transfusion and even in injection.
