Just be aware that higher altitudes can bring on labor. Whether it is in a plane or in the mountains.

As long as you're having a healthy, low-risk pregnancy, you can fly right up until the airline won't let you (usually when you only have a week left). It can aggravate morning sickness. Talk to your Dr. about taking Gravol before your flight. Not only will it help with the nausea but it might even help you sleep through the whole flight, making the nausea a non-issue.
Just a warning. My morning sickness started only a few weeks into my pregnancy (like 6-8 weeks), and didn't go away until my baby was born. It lasted all day, from waking until about mid-evening, or later depending on what I had eaten.

Make sure that you are well hydrated. My wife and I flew to Europe 8 years ago when she was pregnant with our first, and we had to have an inflight emergency declared while we were over the Atlantic Ocean by British Air (they were great with this by the way). My wife had massive cramps, British Air moved us up to premiere class. We landed at Heathrow (my first time ever in Europe) and were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Dehydration due to high altitude was the problem. We checked out of the hospital and continued on to our destination of Copenhagen, Denmark. By the way, we never got a hospital bill from the British hospital, the taxi that picked us up at the hospital and brought us back to airport was a mercedes, and they did not charge us anything. Great treatment by the British toward us, but it was scary!! So, make sure you drink a lot of water...moral of the story!! Good luck with the pregnancy.
