What is this? Hookah Tea? Is it drugs? What is the smoke and the pipe and everything?

It is a hookah, but I doubt it's drugs since they seem to be in a public place.
It's probably tobacco of some sort. I was in Windsor, ON Canada once and they had a place like this. It was like a teahouse and you could rent the hookahs and buy different kinds of tobacco.

I tried that at a restaurant in the area for a friend's Bachlorette party.
It's hookah. with flavored tobacco in it. Ours tasted like cough syrup to me. I've seen them in random restaurants lately in Texas.

They are smoking a "hookah"...which is a middle-eastern smoking device...a water pipe...the tobacco is usually fruit-flavored so it has gained popularity..esp. with youngsters.
...And it is not weed...weed/marijuana is smoked through joints, like cigarettes.

Some people belive it is drugs, but in fact it is 100% legal!
This is really cool, on my travels I have tried this...without permission from my parents of course!
