How would we accept you? Just like everyone else! I have many gay friends. Some I knew before they came out and others who came out years before. People are people, no matter which gender they prefer to date.
I hope that you can find acceptance within yourself. That's the place to start. Be who you are. Ignore those that treat you like less of a person and hold close those who show they love you. True people and friends won't turn their backs.

Well, sometimes decency and sexual orientation can be two different things. A lot of heterosexual men and women lead lives that can be called anything but decent, and some gays (men and women) try to uphold high standards of decency (if you can be open to at least not judge the orientation).
If you really like men, but keep that hidden and supresed, you will most probably be lonely and sad. I'm 36, so I think that sometimes the social pressures can be intimidating, you can feel job insecurity. But you know what? People start to be less important than what you feel like. By 35, you should try to find a soulmate. You'll find that it's more important what you feel that what others think. good luck!

A person should accept you no matter what your sexual preference is. If you feel like you're just dating men because of social pressures, then it really isn't worth it. If there is a man in your life that can complete your life and make you feel happy, but in a non-sexual way, then maybe having that person as a friend would be the best option. Also maybe that you're not truely gay, but bi-sexual, where as you have a desire to be with a woman sexually, but still be in love with a man on the emotional side of things.

First of all, i would tell you to not try to act straight. You have to accept yourself the way you are, no matter how hard it is. I do not know where you live so i can't really know how the social pressure is where you are, but i would say you should get over it. The way you ask the question, you do not seem happy with your life, i'm sure you would be happier if you accepted yourself. Be proud of being different. Life is short, you have to take the most of it. Just stay strong, and affirm yourself, no need to shout it on the roofs, but you have to be yourself, and be happy. In my opinion, it's the way to go. Hope it helps

So many men and women have come out of the closet, you should too. Today's society are more accepting then they were years past. You need to take the next step and get involved with a partner. You will know if it was meant to be or not. Don't be so hard on yourself for being who you are.

Well I think there's nothing wrong with gay.
Any gay that I know is a good friend, and they don't ask their friends to "sleep" with them if his friends not gay too.
So? don't worry you have already been accepted.
And for those who despise you, just don't hear them, act naturaly don't angry or anything bad, just pity for them who can't accept other's nature.
And remember, proud for what you are (even people around you despise of you) cause I you do, You'll see what a wonderfull live you have.
