I don't know what you should eat. Hahahha. Just don't eat any junk food loaded with sugar because.. that'll make you just crave more.
While you're studying, don't drink or eat because it'll distract you.
Look over the material you're suppose to know and jot down the important facts on an index card so in the morning, you can look that over and know the main stuff :)
Don't stay up all night studying, you need a good night's sleep.
Stay positive, and don't worry! You'll do fine haha.
GOOD LUCK

Eating eggs or any protien before the test is good for you. Don't study all night. Go over your stuff and get a good nights sleep. Then look over your information in the morning.
Good Luck!

The truth is, it's too late. All you can do is go-over the material once or twice then go to bed. You'll will not grasp the concept of the material by tomorrow if you don't have it already.
You need to have a decent amount of sleep so you can use what you have so far.

Studying all night probably isn't the way to go. Study a bit before you to go to bed, sleep on it, and then get up early and finish studying.

Get a good night's rest. But if you can't do that, drink lots of water and eat green apples (they are tart and will keep you alert.) Going to the bathroom whenever you need to will help you stay awake at well.

I would assume just eat some nutritious, protein-rich foods. I like eating eggs and toast. Some Orange juice, or maybe coffee for the caffiene to help keep you awake.
