Yes, they look alike. Although Kevin is white and Snoop is black, they have strikingly the same facial features( long nose, chisel facial features, pointy chin, sunking cheeks).
For example, a ford fusion that is black, and a lincoln zephyr that is red looks just alike although one car is black and the other other car is red and the badging is different, the car is basically the same, worthless piece of junk.
