what is better for a person after they finish training class ? Go directly to work in the area?

should the person be placed in a training unit until he/she feels comfortable or should he/she be placed directly into the unit they will be working in?

after training why not go start working in your field, if the trainers have told you that you completed your training, take a big breath and go for it, i know it may be scary but one needs to roll with it and get busy doing what you learned....the first day in a new job makes one nervous , you will do just fine.
