We need to fill our the immigration questionaire for a cruise. Where can we find this form? customs.gov does not seem to have it.

If you are flying into Vancouver, you will be given one on the airplane. If you are driving to cross the border, you will probably have to stop and fill one out.

I would check with your local agencies such as county. If that doesn't work ask your travel agency where it can be found? I also think it should be listed on a federal sight.www.usimmigrationsupport.org
