I agree with San Diego - Encinitas too -- on the California coast.
Cambridge, England is pretty dry and rarely too hot or cold.
Most places that have very even temperatures are in maritime climates therefore rather wet. A few are up a big hill in low latitudes -- such as Kandy, Sri Lanka -- therefore also fairly wet.
How about Mbeya, Tanzania for you?

Lima City, in Peru. Raining there is so strange, that when it happens it appears on the local news. At the other hand, it also appears on the local news each time temperature is over 86F, which may occur one day per summer, or if it´s under 55F. ...At least for me, its the best weather in the world!
