They're not really mad, they just act offended so you won't think they're a tramp. Secretly they love it and are getting off on you staring. They also get off on pretending to be mad.

No, they only get mad when men THEY DON'T FANCY look at them.
Tough. If they don't want to be looked at, put some damn clothes on. To be honest, if some woman wanders past with half her knockers hanging out and a skirt so short I can see her knicker label, then it's impossible not to look!

Because they want it both ways. They want to dress in a provocative way, but they don't want men to disrespect them. I'm sure they don't mind a quick glance and a smile, but gawking with your tongue hanging out isn't really necessary. HTH.
