i checked the microsoft webpage and it says i'm up to date on everything, but when i go to log into runescape, the box comes up like it's a picture that didn't load right (it's a big blank box with a little red X in the upper left corner). what do i do?
i haven't played runescape in a while, but as far as i know i haven't changed any settings on my computer.

my pc uses a java player for runescape and sometimes i have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to load the game...also look for a help option or try the low detail version of runescape it may run a little faster for you..if that doesn't work try a virus scan then defrag your pc then try to log into runescape

runescape always has tons of problems usually you have to try again later.

uninstall n install again. if still cant try dl the game client again
