i need to learn how tolose wieght at my house because i cant really go to the gym

ok if u have a tv in ur room or in the living room the find a good place to lay down then do sit ups to ur fav tv show so ull 4get abt the pain and then u can watch tv and lose weight faster. only do like 50 a day the it will help with the abs. if u want to lose weight in the thighs and calfs, try bike riding 4 like an hour every day or jogging up and down the street.

OK i am really a personally trainer...this is what you need to do it really does work...6 meals
Breakfast- three eggwhites on a peice of plain toast

Snack - lowfat strawberry or other flavored yogurt with grapefruit or bananna

Lunch- Grilled chicken with a salad or other veggies

Snack 2- 20 almonds and another Bananna or Grapefruit

Dinner - Chicken or Fish with another salad or Veggies

Exercise-
3x30 sit ups add five every week
Jogging or walking 30 mins a day

The rest is your own will Power!!!

First off..........dont try to loose weight 'fast'....2-3 pounds a week is good and that way it will stay off..... try watching what you eat. Try to cut out all carbs.....bread, pasta, rice. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Dont eat past 6 oclock in the evening. Try to walk....you dont need to join a gym to loose weight and trim up. Start slowly and work up a good sweat...but dont over do it. Meat portions should not be bigger than the palm of your hand...(not including fingers...!) Good luck...dont try any stupid pills or promise patches...

it is almost imposible to lose it rapidly.
your body wants to stay the way it is at this state, so ur only choice is to not it just and work away from the gym, go for jogs do push ups and sit ups.
so if u get very few calories and u work out ur body will rellie on the fat and mucle to nourish your heart.
im not gonna lie this is not easy at all.

I had some kidney problems and the DOCTOR told me to drink two beers before I went to bed. ( I HATE BEER TOO) I was 235lbs. After drinking the beer I went to sleep well,but I couldn't EAT. The taste of that stuff even after brushing my teethe, was bad and NO FOOD sounded good to me. I'm now 137lbs !!! ( I think the beer filled me up and I just didn't feel like eating.

go on a low carb and low calorie diet and watch what u eat and do sit ups, push ups, jogging, bike riding, and fast walks.
