I've heard that skim milk helps. Put it on a cotton ball and GENTLY dab it over your eye. I'm not sure. I wouldn't suggest trying it unless you are super sure it is ok. Maybe ice cold water on a towel or something. Sorry, I tried my best to help. Go to a doctor....

don't try to rectify it yourself, it could get worse. Go to a dermotologist(a skin doctor) at like the mall. Whenever I go to Macy's, I go to the counter and there is a make-up artist who gives good advice.

try using a dark eye shadow and lightly brush it over the puffy spots.

Maybe you dont get enough rest......
If you do...ask a doctor if there's a reason behind it.
I'm pretty sure that for now a conselor can help hide it a bit.
