numbers ouside of dollars would be a crack house
dollars parked outside of dollars would be, cheap house, plenty of money for cars. Or crack house. There's always the chance yu are referring to a bad, junk house with a outrageously expensive vehicle. We all know what that is and who does it.
Its bad taste, more evolution will fix that.

Taxes are cheaper on a $20,000 house than a $60,000 house. And, you get more comments on a $60,000 car than a $60,000 house.
