This sound's weird but spray a little hair spray on it then rub (gentle) and wash according to label.

I work in a Dry Cleaners and this is one of our tricks to pre-treat grease stains.

Here are two helpful things to try:
1. First wet the shirt in the sink with very warm water. Squeeze it out. Put on a nickel size spot of Dawn Dish washing Liquid. Rub it in good, back and forth--using your knuckles to work it in. Let it sit a half hour or so. Rinse it out and see if the grease is gone. It may take a couple of repeats.

2. If the grease is still there, wring out any water in the shirt. Next pour vinegar (preferably white vinegar if you have it) through the grease stain. Apply some more Dawn or Joy liquid dish detergent and use those knuckles again. Let it sit a while, then rinse it and hopefully the stain will be gone. If worse comes to worse, put your shirt in a large pot of water on top of the stove and bring the water to a boil.
Dude, don't go watch the Simpsons. Stir the shirt with a wooden spoon and stand right there moving the shirt around for about 3 minutes. Turn the burner off, remove the pot from the burner and let this cool down. When manageable, dump out, rinse and launder as usual.
OK, now, if after all those attempts there is still a grease spot: your shirt is toast ......donate it to Goodwill.

Simple Green- @ Wal-mart- it is a degreaser and cleaner- non toxic too I believe. Dawn dish detergent- not the one for dishwashers though- get the original blue.
Lestoil cleaner also can work well.
DO NOT dry the shirt in the dryer until you remove the stain. The heat will set the stain- may never come out.
Good luck!!

Try this, it works:
1.) Make a paste with meat tenderizer and a little water.
2.) Using an old tooth brush, scrub the stain with the paste.
3.) Allow to set a while, possibly over night.
4.) Launder as usual.
GOOD LUCK!!
