For free, you are probably out of luck, especially on Peer to Peer networks. The problem with P2P networks is that even if the user didn't realize he had a virus, it could still get sent to you.
Your best bet is to go to a pay site like Yahoo's or iTunes.

iTunes. The cost is very small compared to getting caught stealing music by downloading from someone else.

the only way to download music without viruses is by paying for it, if you want to downloadmusic for free, its gonna have viruses, althought I recomend limewire, its the safest.
