Man are you guys confused, just read through the answers and it shows clearly peoples ignorance and how they have bought into Hollywoods version of what witches are. Another question that may be similar in nature is "do you believe in priests ?" Without going into too many confusing details here it is.
People of Pagan or Wicca faiths are not all witches but some are. Many Pagans that practise the craft and use herbs, oils, crystals, earthly energies are called witches. Yes they use a broom but just as a symbol, a Handfasting object (marriage ceremony) and a cleansing tool when circles are casts (they do not fly). Witches do not eat children or cast evil spells. Pagan faith is based on doing positive things.
A Goth is not a witch unless they are also a practising Wicca or Pagan.

Witches do not worship God, therefore I don't have any faith in them. I am not a witch and never will be. I don't worry about what they can or can't do to me because I'm covered by the blood of Jesus and absolutely nothing can cross the blood-line. As far as goths being witches, some are. Goths don't believe in God either.

Witchcraft is a legitimate religion, yes I believe it exists. I have an interest in paganism, but I don't consider myself a witch. No, not all goths are witches.

I am, therefore I am. And I believe in myself.
Goths are generally not witches, they are teenagers trying to look badass. This is a sad thing.
And NO, you guys have it all wrong. How can I worship the devil if I don't believe in him? And I categorically DON'T, he's a scapegoat made up by the church to make the sheep fall in line.
So that blows that little theory right out of the water, now doesn't it?

Yes, Satan created witch craft which means witch craft is demonic. So being a witch is not just this magical spawn, where you can zap someone and all of a sudden they're gone. You would have to be a complete Atheist to not believe in witches.

It is not a matter of whether someone believes in witches or not, to believe is to have faith something exists without absolute proof – we have proof witches exist.
We see witchcraft and it's practitioners in every religion out there (excluding perhaps Islam, which I believe is the only religion that strictly forbids the practice) as well as agnostics and atheists, religions from Wicca [FYI - Wicca are in fact initiated into the priesthood, without that initiation into BTW they are not Wicca, maybe witches but certainly missing the 'wise' part of the 'Wise Craft'] through to Christians, Satanists through to Jews, throughout history witchcraft has existed.
We also have historical evidence that witchcraft dates back over quite some time – lets not also forget we have laws that were changed to allow witchcraft, why make laws for things that do not exist?
Some Goths may be witches, some may not, witches aren't restricted to one specific subculture or one particular group of people, I have known witches from every walk of life, from hippies who live in wooden huts and teens practicing in their parents houses through to high priced lawyers and successful doctors. [Granted not very many teens practice witchcraft, past what they have in their own imagination, but it is possible for teens to have that sort of commitment].
Goth specifically is a subculture that has it's basis in punk music, to my knowledge there is no connection between punk music and the practice of lower magics or folk magics such as found within witchcraft, I fail to see your connection.

no. Just because they wear black clothing doesn't mean they are witches, worship the devil etc.
I do believe in witches. If they really do have power thats something i'm not sure of.

I used to be one,but I lost interest for the most part.I'm not goth.I don't know about "special power" or anything.I mean, when I cast a spell, usually something happened, but it's basically like prayer.Maybe if you want something bad enough,it's the power of the want that makes things happens.Who knows?Wicca is a nice religion, and I cared more about the religious aspect of it than actually doing magick. Why do you ask?
