I would think asking would create activity thus creating points. Am I looking at this backwards?

To try to stop people from creating a second profile and then picking their main profiles answer as the best answer.

I do'nt know... I think everyone should get a certain level of free questions per day...that would encourage people to ask questions and make the cite better.
