I like in Oklahoma and we found a scorpian in our bathroom. It is only a baby one about 1 inch long. How can we tell if it is poisenious or not?

Thats great!! scorpian kills rats! So, what do u think is worst? To find rats in your bath? But be carefull.. ALL scorpians are poisenious

Like all arachnids, all scorpions are venonous.
However they may not be fatal
Best idea, as a serious arachniphobe, I can give you is call an exterminator to:
Remove it, and spray for his family.
If you have children or pets, there is a chance they may have a very serious reaction to even the least toxic scorpion.

I also live in Oklahoma and it is very rocky and dry here which is good breeding grounds for scorpions. Their bite is a little worst than a red wasp sting, but its lasts alot longer and turns red and swells. Unless you are allergic to them they are not deadly.

All scorpions are poisonous. The problem will be if you're allergic to the venom. If you're allergic to bee stings/wasp stings, then be prepared. If you want to get rid of them, bomb your house w/raid or something similar.

I have not heard of a scorpion that is not poisonous. But I live in NY.

most scorpions are poisonous, with an exception of one or two types.
