I think her brother is responsible for sure, although Schapelle probably knew something though ;) Having said that, no one deserves 20 years for smuggling a bit of marajuana - it grows in the ground!! - she should be released as she's probably spent long enough in jail for the crime of being a bit stupid

I know this sounds like he said/she said, but a friend of my cousins who works for the federal police, (allegedly) told my cousin that they have been after the whole Corby family for years with regards to this business. Lets face it, we all know about the brother, and every time I saw the mother on TV, I thought she looked like a lunatic, and she was probably doing more harm to Shapelle's case than good!
I have no idea if this is true or not, it's just something that I was told, but i have always wondered, if the brother owned a surf shop over there, why did she have to take a boogie board/cover in the first place??? Would the brother not have had one for her???

i visit inform you for positive that Schapelle Corby is harmless. Conviction through a overseas authorities would not advise a lot because you ought to prepare your innocence there (harmless till accountable applies interior Australia). besides that i might want to tell through her impression that she became harmless. She is an exceedingly alluring lady and became flicking her hair round as if to assert properly all of this will be finalised once you human beings see the reality. i might want to easily tell. i comprehend that couldn't admissible data in an ordeal, yet I knew one hundred% for positive from her body language that she basically anticipated each little thing to be looked after out in her favour. She had the presence and sense of someone wrongly accused of against the law. I admit she did seem slightly up herself and likely had her way with adult adult males, yet nevertheless that does no longer infer guilt in any way I do even with the undeniable fact that suspect one in all her kinfolk. They theory they could import drugs to Bali through Schapelle because she regarded so harmless (and she became). i think so unhappy for the concern she has had to bear. She did not deserve that.

I don't know, but I really feel for her. She travelled to Bali so many times before, maybe it was the first time she got caught. Who knows. Her expressions tell me she is innocent, but I am not sure. It can't be too good for her mental health, being in an Indonesian prison cell. What I want to know is how come Michelle Lesley got sent home so easily, when I believe she was guilty. What a crappy, corrupt country it is there!

I do not believe she is guilty.....but anybody who chooses to travel to Indonesia - or any other corrupt, criminal state - has to be prepared for the worst. Australians - who are not stupid people by any stretch of the imagination - should know better. If they go there.....in some way shape or form they're going to end up getting screwed.

i believe shes innocent otherwise why not appeal for clemency? the court hasnt proven anything in her case, they have no real evidence that its hers besides it was in her bag. They want to give her 20 years for it, waste her life, yet they let terrorists off who have evidence they tried to kill people...wheres the justice in that? i wont b travelling there thats for sure.

I think it was her brother that should be where Schappelle is. However, she knows what happened so that makes her just as guilty.
But if it ever comes out that she did not do it, well I will have to eat my words.
Another Azaria case!

I tend to think she didn't know what was in her bag, but I believe it was planted by somebody who knew her, not a stranger.
