Probably if you were a tremendously obese person who had lost a tremendous amount of weight and had 50 lbs. of leftover skin that needed to be surgically removed.....the the real answer is highly unlikely.

Surely you no the answer to this question....NO.

There is a surgical procedure using liposuction that can remove excess fat from the chest area, but it wouldn't remove 50lb. If you are overweight, then I suggest you find yourself a good diet plan and work-out regularly. HTH.
