Both games are great. NBA live 07 is more classic and is more popular in the world than NBA 07. That's just because NBA 07 is just for PS2, PSP, and PS3. So you better have a Playstation console to play NBA 07. NBA live is for all systems. In NBA 07 there is a special mode where you start out unknown and turn into a superstar, so if you like RPG games then 07 is right for you. Live 07 is more traditional and doesn't have that story mode. The cover athlete for live 07 is Tracy McGrady and the cover athlete for 07 is Kobe Bryant. NBA 07 also has some fun mini games that NBA live doesn't have. I'd take NBA 07.

Nba 2k7 if u want a simulation (a realistic game)
Live 07 if u want to have a mor fun (more of an arcade type of game ) you know fast paced super dunks and three point shoot outs
I don't think NBA o7 is as good as these too

NBA 2K7, by far, cuz they work more on it and the EA guys just ride on the name---even more people use 2K on Xbox live
