depends on your area & the position applied for..im maintenance associate & they started me at 6.50 p/h ... im at 10.50 now...oh, im in texas, lower economy

walmart is one of the lowest paying retail stores out there. even with prior experience the range for non management is only about $6 to $13 dollars an hour.
depends on the state as well.

I'll put it this way my husband has been working at Walmart going on two years now and he doesn't even make $7.00 an hour.
