They are probably acne scars. It's not very nice to say it looks like swiss cheese, you wouldn't like it if you had them.

Those holes are usually scars from acne or chicken pox. I'm sure when you stare at these people, it makes them feel very embarrassed, so try to be nice. They can't help it.

They're called pockmarks and are caused by old scars, chicken pox, or acne
or they are probably large pores
