I am having this experience with a state job with Arizona. What kind of job is it if you have that experience and what do you think of having to learn many information and pass the tests in order to keep the job?? Is it common with many jobs or not very common that you have to learn many things and pass many tests in order to keep the job?? Also, falling behind with the training can also cause you to be terminated. Do you think that's kind of strict or harsh that you can be terminated if you fall behind with the others in training ??

As with many jobs that require certification, like those in govenrment for example, get used to constant courses being offered in order to keep your license current. I have to have so many C.E.U.s to keep my license. (continuing education units). If you stick with it, its like getting a degree in your specific field.

if you fail with the training, i dont see any reason why you should

keep the job...besides the training is a requirement to the job..

if at first you did good in your training, i guess you must have no

worries now if you want to stay in your job, really.

so keep up the training so you can keep the job..

good luck

you did not mention what your job title is, so it is hard to answer, i can only say that if it is a state job, your employer's are in their right to test you while training. i might add that teachers, nurses, doctors, and other skilled jobs often keep you in training thoughout their careers, updating new information, and constant learning as you work.
