I have some brown spots around my forhead and cheeks is there anyway to remove them or make them fade?

Yes there is. Doing a series of Alpha Hydroxy Acid-AHA-Peels will lighten the skin. But, for best results try to find a medi spa that offers laser services. You can actually remove pigmentation in about three spot treatments.
