i feel beter sleeping naked at night should i let it stay that way?
btw my room and house is very secured

absolutely. I wish I was better at it. I usually sleep in my boxers only. The key to happiness ... well at least one factor ... is to learn how to be comfortable in your own skin. If you can't be comfortable with yourself naked in your own bed, then you have a lot of work to do to overcome some issues. I think you are well on your way.

By all means sleep naked. I have slept naked almost every night for the last 2 years. I hate wearing anything to bed

Well that is your house and your behaviour.But if you are alone is OK what about someone else is with you or middle of the night someone knocks your door and ????? Be careful.
Anyway chill wind or fan air or air con is no good to bare body and this will lead to rheumatism.
