It depends. Are you talking about a beer girl that works for Miller or Coors or something like that, or a beer girl that works in a bar? I have done both, so I'll just give you an answer for both.

If you want to become a "beer girl" that works for Miller or Coors, the best way to go about it is to show up at an event they are working and ask who does their hiring. Miller used to hire independently (this may have changed in teh last couple of years), but most alcohol companies hire out to private agencies that specialize in "spokesmodels." Those agancies will usually be hired by distributors. My agency handled everything from Coors and Amstel Light to Bacardi and Jack Daniels.

If you want to work as a "beer girl" in a nightclub, your chances are better if you go in there on any given night and ask who does the hiring. You do need to dress for the job you want and that means looking good. Remember that there is a difference between looking sexy and looking slutty. Looking slutty won't cut it.

Either way you go you will have to impress the poeple hiring you. Have pride in your appearance and look good without looking trashy. They are looking for the "hot chic" next door. When you talk to them, have confidence, be outgoing, and be happy. When you do this kind of work for a living they need to know you can handle yourself in a party environment.
