Open your browser and type in this URL 192.168.0.1 and this will get you to the router set up. Logon to the router and run the set up wizard. Its pretty easy to follow. Write down any information you input such as SSID name, channel , WEP key, etc. then go to your laptop and start it up (reboot if it was running)

Go to Start>Setting>Network Connections and then double click on your wireless network connection. In the window that opens click on the wireless networks tab. Click on the SSID name that you created and click on the properties button and input the network key you create then click Ok

Contact D-Link for specifics, or provide more information on how you are trying to configure it.
