I recommend BARE ESCENTUALS MINERALS... simply the best!

i.d. bareMinerals makeup is about being true to your i.d.entity. Bare Escentuals started the revolution in mineral makeup with the introduction of our 100% pure bareMinerals™.

All foundations, cheek and eye colors have been crushed to a silky, creamy powder form...but it's NOT a powder. These are 100% pure bareMinerals that are free of preservatives, talc, oil, fragrance and other harmful chemicals. The formula provides impeccable coverage for every skin type and skin tone, and protects with a natural sunscreen. With the exception of Mineral Veil, all our loose products, such as foundation, blush, eyeshadows, glimmers, glimpses and liner shadows, are bareMinerals.

But bareMinerals are just the beginning. Our i.d. makeup line also offers complete color cosmetics and treatments designed to enhance your natural beauty, such as lipsticks, lip liners, lip glosses, mascaras, skin preps, flawless application brushes and more.

None is the best for your skin. I see everyone else is trying to tell you to put chemicals on your skin. Why not fix the problem: diet. If you eat more fresh fruit & vegetables, stop using moisturisers, creams & lotions on your skin, sit in the sun for at least until your skin starts to turn red (natures way of telling us that our bodies have recieved enough Vitamin D for now), drink enough good quality water, get enough fresh air, adopt a positive attitude (you can do this by wearing bright yellow), you will not have to wear foundation which consists of highly toxic chemicals. Try using 100% pure coconut oil (Nui brand), on your face, not much, you just need a few drops, before you reach for the chemicals. Coconut oil is an antibiotic - good luck.

I cannot wear heavy foundation myself and I hate how it feels, so if I have to wear any at all I choose a product by Mary Kay called Velocity- I have searched high and low it is light. Happy hunting

I like Loreal True Match super blendable powder. Its a very light powder foundation that blends to your skin tone, so it doesnt cake up or feel heavy.

Bare Minerals....you just buff it on, and it's so lightweight yet it covers so well! I love the feel of it on my face--not thick and sticky like liquid foundation. You really can't feel it on at all.

I really like mineral makeup...or use the whipped type of foundation (I believe maybelline makes it).

Mary Kay has just come out with a tinted moisturizer. Check with a consultant in your area and she will let you try it out.
