once...I was fired shortly after passing my yearly review and being given a raise. I was NEVER given any warning AT ALL about my performance. I heard that after I was fired, he fired ALL but 1 employee. He said he wanted to start with a fresh new staff!! I ended up filing for unemployment and went back to school. He tried to deny my claim but under the unusual circumstances that I was fired for no apparent reason and after receiving a raise, they let my claim go through against his wishes.

Every Job I ever had I was fired because I make my own time and come in when I want too!

I've been fired twice but I probably deserved it and in hindsight I think I might have enjoyed it too.

Once. It was because I went to our competitor's office (across the street!) during my lunch break to give them a resume, and the boss saw me. It was ok with me though, the only reason I was looking for another job is because the company was going under, LOL.

I was fired once, in 1980. I was a 19 year old pregnant unmarried waitress. They tried to fight my unemployment claim, but I won, hah hah!

Only once and it was only because i made too good of friends with my supervisor and when we had a spat about outside of work things she got me fired...

ive never been fired..ive quit for better jobs, but never fired. i even have letters of recommendation from previous employers
