I guess you meant that some difference race are behaving like another race? well, there are people who wants to fit in with the group of people by acting like them. these people show lace of self esteem. isnt it be good if the person just be who they are and behave normally they would do to their own race? It doesnt matter at all, if we have black, white, or any colors, they are only one race which is the HUMAN Race. be yourself and everyone will just love you.

I think this is called assimilation. Taking on the characteristics of another group. I wouldn't look at it as negative, but as copying what you do to be accepted into your culture. I wouldn't say it's wrong either; but it's definitely something that would be questioned by the other race. However, you know how people, brother...they will do anything to be accepted. So...why let it bother you? Just look at it as a compliment.

I'm old to you and race is not the thing it is just plain stupid to change
I have spent most of my life with ppeople of all colors and we all enjoy each each other. Only ones who change and cause problems are ones that can't find themselves so they become another ...
It's not race or age is people just wanting to fit in

I'm neither black nor white. I'm no Mexican either. Let me tell you what I think of you guys being so tight about this whole "trying to be like us" thing. It's absolutely ridiculous to me. Isn't it wonderful when one race tries to copy traits of another? Isn't it a wonderful compliment?
What is that...arrogance or something? Being worthy to be copied isn't a good thing? It's mind- boggling to me how this isn't considered as such.

Don't you sound like a bigot. I understand the part about acting like the other race when in actuality you can just be yourself, but to limit the choices of friends that you can have merely because of their race is well prejudice. Grow up honey.

I totally agree. I have a fourteen year old niece whom prefers African-American males to white males. This is her thing and we are o.k. with that but it's her trying to act, talk and look like the sister's.

yo honestly who cares. Racism is for old people. Generation X doesnt give a **** about skin color and one of the most proper people I know is my friend JV who is a 300 lb monster of a black man who listens to country music. To each his own my friend. Be real!

I think its an age thing, Kids do that alot when they are growning up, But thats just it, they are trying to find theirself, and that comes with age.and I think we all do that to some point in our life. like when you meet someone you think is good looking, you kinda put on an act, till you get to know them better, and become friends and you realize they like you just for who you are.
