Their dont have big bellies. The fetis is in the uterous which is below the stomach. When the fetis is growing in the uterus, it pushes the stomach upwards. That might cause them not be hungry.

because that is where the baby lives until it comes into the world. The bigger the bellie the sonner they are going to pop and the healthyer the babe will be.

You really don't know? How old are you? The baby is inside growing, so the belly gets bigger to accomodate it.
