Reboot is simply restarting the Computer where the Files or applications that were not closed properly will be prompted to end now...
Restore would change the state of the system along with files, installed softwares to a particular date when your computer was safely shut down and rebooted properly....
System Restore points are created on your system for every safe shutdown and reboot. At that moment the state of the system will be made a note as files in "System Volume Information" folder

reboot is when your turn off the computer and restart it,, restore returns your whole system to an earlier date. this is used to remove any programs you have downloaded that may be messing with your system. System restore is located in system tools.. go to start menu and all programs go to accessories and click system tools look for system restore and click it will have a self explanatory wizard to get you thru a restore.

Reboot is just restarting your PC. Restore takes it back to a restore point. Say you installed a program that caused you problems, with system restore you'll be able to take it back to a date before you installed such programs.

restore brings you back to your original sys. settings and configurations. reboot only reboots the sys. don't know what your problem is, you can try reboot. if that doesn't work restore should, go back from now to most recent successful boot uo and run. for example today is ? 24th.
if the last time it ran successful was the 21st try that date first. and it should restore it to that..... savay. yes.
