Rob Halford of Judas Priest - he has the largest range of any rock singer that I know of, and is arguably the greatest rock singer.

Dallas Greene from Alexisonfire! He has a side project called city and colour and he has an amazing voice. I recently saw him live and he has great range and he hit all the notes.
