Your link (and the price) is for the battery for the computer, not the computer. But here are a few general comments on laptops.
An AMD processor is very high performance and generally more efficient (cooler) than Intel, so AMD in general is a good choice for laptops.
Thermal design is probably the most critical consideration in a laptop. Therefore be careful with off-brand in laptops.
Good luck!

As mentioned, that link and the price are for a laptop battery. If you find a laptop with the specs listed I'll be happy to give you an opinion.
FYI the Sempron is a very solid and dependable processor. It is a budget processor so it's intended for basic tasks that normal people do with their computers. For avid gamers or people who do alot of graphic design and video editing the AMD Athlon is the better choice.
The only processor that is really garbage is the Intel Celeron. Avoid those like the plague.

Probably not. Clicked on the "specifications" button at that website and the following came back...
You have stumbled across an error on our site.
We're forwarding an email to technical support and informing them of the problem.
Please back up and try again. Thanks!
Probably a mistake on the part of marketing.

For that price forget it. and they do not show the product specifications which means something. They don't say what are selling.
