Yes. Any of them will work. Cat 5 and Cat 5e are the same except the 5e allows for a long cable (about 400 feet instead of only 300) The Cat 6 is a Cat 5 with a couple of the wires it in twisted to allow for faster data transfer. (But as a Cat 5 will already be faster than your cable modem, you Cat 6 will not get you any additional speed)

I believe CAT-5 is the minimum and the others are backward compatible, so all should be ok.

All of them will work. From your computer to cable modem, Cat5 should be sufficient.
