I've never worked on a system with that particular motherboard so I won't attempt to tell you how to OC it.
As far as parts it depends on your situation - do you have good airflow through the case, do you have air conditioning? If you answered no to either one you may need to get a better cooling system such as shown here.

if you don't know how to overclock a PC i suggest don't do it. Overclocking a computer means increasing the speed but that also means increasing the stress on your processor. you need to know how the motherboard and the cooling system of your PC works before you overclock, just to prevent overheating.
if you still want to overclock your PC. you dont need to buy new part except a cooling system if your cooling system isnt good enough that is. there are switches in the motherboard for overclocking. goodluck
a different way to make your PC faster w/o overclocking. windows start; click run; type msconfig; you will see general tab; click selective startup radio button; uncheck the load startup items; click apply; restart PC;

no need to buy anything just to overclock..
overclock can be found on your bios settings;;
while booting press F1, DEL, F2 etc. it depends on your cmos bios.. you can see that while yuor pc is starting, just be fast because it appears and disappers fast to..
look at your motherboards manual and look where the overcloak is.. and when your on cmos bios locate it and you change what speed you want.. note, moterboard has configure it to default, overclocking or changing its speed may cause unstable computer... if your not sure what your doing dont touch it...

You know, I'm of the genuine impression that someone smart enough to overclock without cooking would also be smart enough to search for the documentation he would need.
I sincerely hope you read and understand the instructions before you cook that chipset.

No you don't need to buy new parts, just follow this tutorial, although I don't recommend overclocking as sometimes if anything goes wrong it could damage your PC parts:

Its a whole ebook in .PDF format (use Adobe), good luck.
