I am a ex felon non violate. Mis used funds. No jail time, probation over. was a Accounting Manager. I would like to try Assistant Human Resources or any type of Office setting. Nothing related to Accounting. I have a little experience in Human Resources, know Word, Excel. Would like to get my foot in the door and possibly work my way up if necessary. So if anyone have a list of companies in Southern California that hire ex felons please send it to me. It is tough

Lots of construction companies do if you are into that at all. Also Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes. And please, though your probationary period is over you can still get a list of companies that hire ex-felons, and your local unemployment office has a list of those resources also. I wish you luck, my brother went through the same thing in Riverside. He has now been working for a local construction company for five years, so it will happen. Don't give up!

Sorry I don't know of any such list, but I would think your probation officier would.
I have hired parolees, exfelons as mechanics and truck drivers. The only advice I would offer is be honest about your problem.
