It punctured his finger down to the bone, and we're trying to figure out if he needs to see a doctor. He drained it, scrubbed it with soap and water, and put rubbing alcohol on it.

Will this be enough?

I don't know what to put this under, so fish it is.

He should go to the doctor. Animals, fish, and reptiles can have lots of nasty types of bacteria in their mouths, and a staph infection can land him in the hospital. My mom was in the hospital for a week after surgury because of infection from a dog bite.

You need to get antibiotics when ever there is a puncture to the bone no matter the reason. It will most likely become infected. Go to the doctor immediately.
