Because of the swedish. They are the only European country with a mediocre school system. End of story.
PS. It is funny how people who don't have blonde hair who dye their hair blond suddenly lose about 20 IQ points. Go figure.

i dont a lot of people are dumb, they dont have to have a certain hair color to be that way... i do enjoy the blonde jokes, but I also know how to make fun and laugh at myself... after all they are just jokes and shouldnt be taken personally. But I have to say that stereotypes can for the most part be wrong. It doesnt take a genius , No blonde should take a blonde joke / or a stereotype personally... they just gotta proove em wrong

It's a stereotype - doesn't mean it's true. Live your own life and show people who you really are and then the dumb blonde jokes would stop. Besides, blonde's don't just do it better we look better doing it!

I dont know where that orginated from, but alot of blonde young girls act dumb because they thinks thats expected and its gets them attention
