I tried out for my school's cheerleading team a while back in May. And to a bunch of another surprise (and mine!) i actually made it! Yah! Whope! The thing is im the only "big" one on the squad. Im 13, I dont look like it but i weigh alot. Not like I look anorexic but i only look like 120 lbs. But I weigh bout 20 lbs more than that! Do you have any ideas about a safe way to lose 20-40 lbs b4 summer? Thanks in advance!

Eat healthy first of all. Don't drink soda, that is usually the main culprit! Try walking outside before school or after school. Just try to exercise 3x a week. I'm sure by next summer if you keep it up you'll do fine. Stay away from fast food. If your friends go there, try their salads instead of a burger.

wait a minute im confused....you say you look like you weigh 120 lbs but weigh more and you want to know how to lose the weight...why do you need to? you probably have more muscle mass and thicker bones and so you probably wont be able to lose a lot. plus summer is over so i think you missed the boat on that. id say dont worry about it. if you look alright youre alright. of course if youre like 4 ft tall and look 120 lbs then id say eat some chicken and fish and bike and swim.

in my opinion i imagine that for cheerleading on the age of 17 it could be slightly overdue for it, reason once you bypass off to varsity they anticipate you to carry close alot about it. yet i mean in case you want to you may start practising in the present day because you've carried out alot of different issues. and for the dance crew, yeah, completely bypass for it you've the adventure why no longer try it out.

im a cheerleader too i dont no how to help but if u cant lose wheight just streach alot to move around better....sorry if u took that in a wrong way but good luck cause i cant help their cause i look almost anerxic so good luck

stop eating sweets dont go back for seconds on all meals and stay away from the soft drinks

They may need you to hold and/or catch some of the smaller cheerleaders.

well if you dont look like it, that means that it probably isn't fat, it is muscle, dont worry about it.
