I'd recommend EB games and Gamestop. Even though the used games aren't much cheaper than new, the money back guarantee is better than anything you'd find on ebay or at a swap meet.

come here in the phil, there are many pirated CDs here for xbox 360 with prices ranging from 30 cents-50cents

My kids LOVE EBGames also known as Game Stop. You can trade games, movies, etc. and get store credit to use to purchase different used games for yourself. Have fun :)

Try E-Bay. You can find just about anything on there! Or try going to a garage sale. you would be shocked at what you would find for pennies, sometimes free. Good Luck! :)
